The account defense that starts before the RFP arrives
A 35-person family-owned ad agency, with one anchor hospitality client heading to review, hand-rebuilt every promotion across many sizes and feared showing efficiency would just cut its retainer.
Hand-rebuilt promo sizes and defending an account review on cost
Each approved promotion becomes a structured record with no layout; each ad size declares its own rules for which elements survive, line breaks, type steps and safe areas. A generator measures real rendered text, builds all 9 sizes, logs designer overrides with locks, and refreshes only affected frames when the record changes, raising conflicts. It also outputs a defense sheet documenting every decision.
- one approved record, 9 sizes, 1.402 seconds for the still family, an average of 0.156 per size
- extending the date range refreshes 6 frames in 1.131 seconds, skips 2 sizes, holds 1 locked override and raises it as a conflict
- Node.js
- ffmpeg
- Headless browser rendering
- SVG key art
- Structured promo record
- Copy-fit measurement
- Override log with locks
- MP4 and GIF animation

The retainer, on the record
all 6 approved spend changes carry a named approver, and the gate sent 1 approval back for a missing reason
