The page she reads in the car before every client meeting
A founder-owned real-estate and construction marketing agency of about 35 people. The founder walked into 4 to 6 client meetings a week unprepared on client news, overdue items and AI work.
Founder walks into client meetings unprepared on news, open items and AI work
Each morning it reads the founder's calendar and builds one private page per client meeting. Company news passes three gates (allowed source, matching name and domain, newer than the last meeting). Overdue items come from the project tool and shipped AI work from the team's log. Every line links to its source, nothing is sent, and it says so when nothing is new.
- 31 of 31 lines across 3 briefs carry a source link, 100% by construction (the composer cannot write an unsourced line; the run counts and fails otherwise)
- of 40 news items, 9 refused with a reason (1 personal social profile, 1 no source, 1 similar name on another domain, 6 from before the last meeting) and 6 reached a page; we wrote the traps ourselves
- Calendar reading
- Rule-based source gates
- Entity and domain matching
- PM tool export
- AI work log
- Templated page composer
- HTML and PDF briefs
